Queen Beverly

Black female, born about 1890 in Alabama. She died on 21 June 1917 at the age of 27, at Pensacola Hospital, Pensacola, FL. She was divorced at the time of her death, and the informant was Moses Henderson of Pace, FL, indicated to be her son. Her father’s name is given as “unknown (Henderson?).” She died of bacillary dysentery, which she had suffered from for three weeks. She was buried at the Escambia County Poor Farm by F.R. Pou.
